4. DEEP-FREEZING (IQF)
We freeze the products individually at very low temperature (-40 ºC) and at high
speed. In this way, all their organoleptic properties remain intact.
All individually quick-frozen ingredients are mixed to the agreed specification percentages.
Both mixes and individual products are packed on high speed automated lines. We guarantee the best quality and Food Security.
We keep the product at a controlled temperature of -22 °C in smart warehouses.
We transport the deep-frozen product to the various distribution centres, guaranteeing the cold chain and Food Safety throughout.
